All orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over $300 within the United States. For orders under $300, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International shipping is not available at this time. 

At our anime store, we accept returns on all items within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packing. Customers can choose to receive a refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a 10% restocking fee may apply.
